Prior to purchasing any firearm both new and used, the customer must provide valid government issued ID. Vaild Identification is required prior to the pick up or shipment of any firearms. If unable to provide Identification, PAL etc, Ontario Gun Services Ltd reserves the right to not finalize sales as required. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Ontario Gun Services Ltd. is committed to serving its customers to the best of our ability. We reserved the right to provide refunds and exchanges as we deem fit. 

Refunds will be offered in the event of online payment failures, unforeseen issues, failure to provide ID/Possesion and Acquisitions License (PAL) etc, or upon request with valid reasons.

If a customer is unhappy with a product, be it firearm or other, Exchanges can be made in store upon request. Requests must be in person and agreed upon by Ontario Gun Services Ltd.
